I just received my tennis necklace yesterday, beautifully packaged in an elegant box, and I must say, the stones are absolutely stunning! I love the look and decided to go with the 16-inch option. However, I was disappointed to find that I did not receive the GRA certificate and stone pamphlet that were supposed to accompany my purchase. I attempted to call for assistance, but unfortunately, I didn't get a response.

The presentation was awful! I know the diamonds are not real, the poor packaging speaks volumes. The bracelet was just thrown on a box. At least give the customer the illusion that they're getting something special.

It’s like if you are asked if it is a diamond, you know they aren’t asking because it looks cheap, they’re asking because they know a 2 ct isn’t cheap. Ha.
