I was so pleased with this necklace. the communication with the company was poor. It took some time to arrive. About a month. I emailed the company 4 times for an update and no response. In the end it arrived and the quality is great. I would recommend the product. Just be patient. It’s worth the wait.

I just received my tennis necklace yesterday, beautifully packaged in an elegant box, and I must say, the stones are absolutely stunning! I love the look and decided to go with the 16-inch option. However, I was disappointed to find that I did not receive the GRA certificate and stone pamphlet that were supposed to accompany my purchase. I attempted to call for assistance, but unfortunately, I didn't get a response.
